Hi,

Please could you try and optimise Firebux or Buxfer to work better with NatWest in the UK. Believe it or not, NatWest in the UK has a very old fashioned website. They do take 'security seriously'. Like how! The problem is that the pin number and passwords are entered in random digit/letters - e.g first, third and last digits of pin, third seventh and fifth letter of password etc. So Firebux fails every time. Can you think of a way around this? A UK based service Kublax manages straight downloads, but their beta service is stupidly clunky and unusable. Nobody replies to your email either!

I would be happy to work with you guys to test any new developments (within reason :-)

Great work guys, and a great app. Thank You!

Regards,

I really cannot understand why major UK banks are simply ignored by the vast majority of these services. Uhm.
Does anybody know services which work with HSBC UK for example?
Thanks in advance :(

Your service looks like something I've wanted for a long long time, but I'm in the UK and as far as I can gather there isn't going to be any sync added for the major UK banks (I'm using Natwest and Abbey atm).

Is there any plans to implement these banks? I hope so! :)

@Phoenix: Do you mean the tags after you click 'Folder View' on the manage tags page, or the tags after you click 'Expense Analysis'?

The tags are a different color only on the Expense Analysis page, because there they serve as a legend for the pie chart slices. In the folder view, they will just show up as their normal orange self.

If you have more questions, do shoot me an email. support [AT] buxfer.com

I'd love to see support for Mechanics bank, my favorite bank in the Bay Area. http://mechanicsbank.com. Its got an authentication process which has kept it from working with sites like mint.com, but accounts with the Mechanics bank do sync with quicken.

Hi

I can't any change in my buxfer account.
Also, it will be great if citibank debit or suvidha account can be included in this.
