And more importantly, we didn't see the harm in keeping it completely free. Is there any harm in going back from 'Pending' status to the 'none' status? Attilio,

Now I want to try it. First thing I suggest to put a status "none" (the default one) : now if you change a transaction status from "no status" to reconciled or pending you cannot go back without deleting the transaction and writing a new one.
