Syncing problems fixed for Chase, WaMu, US Bank
June 1st, 2009 by ShashankFor Chase bank account holders: please use ‘Chase - Banking’ as the financial institution.
For WaMu customers: Chase is slowly moving over users from wamu.com to chase.com. Try logging into wamu.com and if you have been moved to chase.com you will be presented with an appropriate message. Please use “Chase - Banking” as the financial institution for your account if your online access method has been changed to chase.com.
US Bank customers: Just sync your account again, and things should work fine.
Let us know if there’s something that still doesn’t work for you!

Last time I checked, USAA still didn’t sync right (unless I have some unique problem). How about some love for military families!! Thanks for your great service.

Auto didn’t work when I logged on this morning, but when I went to Manual it gave me the list of my paypal accounts so I could choose. I’ll let you know tomorrow if the autosync worked. Thanks!

Has anyone ever been able to sync a Charles Schwab brokerage account or a Charles Schwab VISA Credit Card? I always get a ‘there was a problem communicating with your institution’ error.

Paypal will NOT work for me at all. It just says, “No accounts found. Most likely, we encountered an error while communicating with your financial institution. Please try again later.”
:’( {Please fix it!)

US Bank
US Bank is still not working. I’ve posted on Get Satisfaction to no avail. While the accounts did sync when I signed up, they haven’t worked for at least a month, if not longer. Please help - not syncing eliminates the usefulness of this service.

This doesn’t work or has acquired a new error. This is what I get when trying to add Chase checking acct:
“To proceed, Chase requires you to provide us with an identification code. We do not support this requirement yet. Please try again later”

Make this work for Chase checking accounts!! Why even have the option if you can’t use it!?!?

I have the same error as Bene. When I am trying to sync a Chase (formerly Wamu) checking account, “To proceed, Chase requires you to provide us with an identification code. We do not support this requirement yet. Please try again later.” What is this? When will I be able to sync?
