Does Buxfer store my online banking username and password?
No, Buxfer does not require that you store your banking credentials on our server in order to be able to use the service. Instead, you have the following options while synchronizing your accounts:
- Store your credentials offline using Google Gears, Firefox 3 or Safari
- Store your credentials offline using Firebux, a Firefox add-on
- Manually enter your credentials everytime
