My bank does NOT show up in the list of supported institutions. What can I do?
You have several options:
  • Install our Firefox add-on and check if it works with your bank
  • Download statements from your bank and upload them manually ("More » Import statements")
My bank shows up in the list of supported institutions, but I still can not sync. What can I do?
Some banks require you to explicitly enable the sync feature. Call up your bank, and ask them how you can enable downloading of transactions into Quicken or Microsoft Money, and follow their instructions. In some cases, your bank might charge you for enabling this feature, so be careful!
