To rename a tag, please follow these steps:

Click on "Tags" in the left sidebar.
Then, find the relevant tag in the list and click on it.
Alternatively, search for the tag using the search bar at the top.
- Click "Edit" near the top-right of the page.
- Enter the new name, and submit the form.
